Our story began decades ago, and it continues today with Michael Richard, who has been part of GR Flooring since he was 16 years old. He joined the team full-time in 1996, and his hands-on experience and deep understanding of the industry continue to guide the company forward. Michael’s commitment to quality, community, and doing things the right way sets the tone for our entire team.

Another key part of our story is Todd Ripplinger—an outstanding salesperson and a true problem-solver. With many years of construction experience under his belt, Todd brings a rare combination of technical know-how and customer care.
