My fiance and I built a house through Gilroy Homes and our flooring was done through GR flooring Inc. There was a mix up in the beginning, however, Michael, one of the owners of GR quickly fixed this with us and made it possible for us to install 'Harmony Thundercloud LVP' throughout most of our main floor. We are very thankful for Michael and his efforts to help us find a flooring we loved. He was patient, provided excellent customer care, and he was easy to work with. I highly recommend working with him to find the flooring you love.

In regards to the flooring itself, it is absolutely beautiful and we have had numerous compliments on it. My only concern is that there are a few scratches already. That being said, they occurred right after install, while the house was still under construction (prior to us moving in). Since moving in 5 weeks ago, we have only had 1 scratch, and we have not noticed any scratches or damage from our dog at this point. It is also very water resistant which is amazing! Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the flooring.

Very friendly staff. We worked with Erin to choose tiles and flooring for our bathroom renovation. Very helpful, lots of choices, but she made the process easy. We will definitely be back!

Our experience with GR was first rate. From the time we first came to the show room until the final day of install and cleanup. The installers not only did a first rate job of the install but went above and beyond by helping to move some larger pieces of furniture that I couldn't do on my own...thanks guys. All the little problems that arise during renovations were addressed and solved willingly and with a smile. I would recommend the company and their product selection without hesitation.
