My fiance and I built a house through Gilroy Homes and our flooring was done through GR flooring Inc. There was a mix up in the beginning, however, Michael, one of the owners of GR quickly fixed this with us and made it possible for us to install 'Harmony Thundercloud LVP' throughout most of our main floor. We are very thankful for Michael and his efforts to help us find a flooring we loved. He was patient, provided excellent customer care, and he was easy to work with. In regards to the flooring itself, it is absolutely beautiful and we have had numerous compliments on it. My only concern is that there are a few scratches already. That being said, they occurred right after install, while the house was still under construction (prior to us moving in). Since moving in 5 weeks ago, we have only had 1 scratch, and we have not noticed any scratches or damage from our dog at this point. It is also very water resistant which is amazing! Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the flooring.
